No More Boyo
Yes, he left yesterday at 2:20 p.m., winging his way back to Frankfurt, then taking the train to Heidelberg. It does seem awfully far away. But I was able to finish a Fat Hat for him before he left. Yup. Fat Hat:

If he looks a little bleary-eyed, the photo was taken at 3:10 a.m. on Friday morning. I had trouble sleeping his last night in town.

So, laundry is in the wash machine. Muffins are about to be made. Life is going on.








I am SO glad that you had this holiday with your son! The disadvantage of raising such intrepid, adventurous children is that they go away a lot... but would you have it any other way? Naaah. Time for us to get some coffee/knit time together.
